Senior Business Development Manager - Offsite MEP Modular (4367)

Can you take responsibility of bids leading new MEP DfMA product sets and support these new products into a buildable solutions for  market leading factory assembly?

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship focused Business Development Manager - Offsite MEP Modular to join our fast-paced, expanding team at Crown House Technologies Manufacturing, at our facility based in Oldbury, Birmingham.

What will the role look like? 

  • Leading bids of new product types, as the single point of contact with new and existing clients across all sectors.
  • Liaising with wider work winning team to ensure key gateways are met with relevant information, prior to moving into formal bids.
  • Collaborating with wider DfMA and design engineers to ensure all design parameters are met to our exacting standard through and post tendor stage.
  • Management of product sets to handover to exsisting build team with all relevant information and packages considered and designed.
  • Working through client led variations as and when the need arises.
  • Ongoing improvement of any confirmed products to ensure value engineering and product improvements meet with new order opportunity.

 

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • This role would suit an ambitious MEP Project Manager
  • Experience of leading bids and collaborating with design teams to develop products from client specifications.
  • DfMA/MMC experience in MEP sector.
  • Confident liaising with client teams and being client facing.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience.
  • Package management skills.
