H&S Advisor (4705)

Are you a Health & Safety Advisor who can actively facilitate and drive positive learning opportunities in your projects? Can you promote a culture where everyone feels included, no matter what role they play?

Crown House Technologies are looking for a Health & Safety champion to join our team. This is a diverse, multi-faceted role where you will be the go-to individual for all things health & safety.

This position will be covering our MOJ contracts across multiple different project sites, with support from the wider H&S function and other business units.

What will the role look like?

  • To provide local advice and support necessary to assist managers and staff to fulfil their safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the Business.
  • Monitor the close out of actions raised during all assurance and inspection activities as well as those associated with incident investigations and monitor that H&S reviews and assurance checks are being completed as planned.
  • Support the process by which any necessary training and coaching is identified and facilitate the delivery of any necessary training and coaching.
  • Ensure implementation of the Health & Safety Management System including compliance with all relevant statutory provisions.

What skills & experience are we looking for? 

  • Qualification at level 3 (min)
  • MEP experience – Beneficial
  • Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing
  • Technical knowledge in Environmental risk management
  • Technical knowledge in Safety risk management
  • Assurance / Audit / Investigation competence
