This issue is not ours alone. We are part of an ecosystem from clients through to supply chain that are also invested in this agenda. We are part of an industry that is suffering a skills shortage and struggles to attract a sustainable pipeline of talent- changing perceptions and access to a broad range of talent is critical to our success and ability to deliver our mission and purpose. How we show up externally and how we demonstrate our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion is a fundamental part of decision making for our clients and future employees.
The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Manager role exists to lead initiatives that embed equity, diversity, and inclusion at the core of Laing O'Rourke. Working closely with the Europe Head of Diversity and Inclusion, this pivotal role involves managing and delivering high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving meaningful change that aligns with our strategic goals for a more inclusive workplace.
