Commercial Administrator (5406)

Are you a Commercial Administrator? Do you thrive in an environment where you can solve day to day problems? Have you worked within the MEP in construction industry previously or would like to? If the answer is yes, then the opportunity below is for you!

Crown House Manufacturing (CHtM) pioneered the use of offsite manufacturing for mechanical, electrical, and public health services over 25 years ago, and since then has helped to deliver some of the UK's most iconic buildings.  We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join the team at our state of the art 12,000m² facility based in Oldbury, near Birmingham.

What will the role look like?

  • Raise monthly overhead orders based on invoices received.
  • Sending out all orders from purchasing email inbox
  • Checking monthly invoice and spreadsheets from business operating costs and kinetic energy measuring systems.
  • VLOOKUP part numbers for KEMS and product descriptions from SAP and request any new parts.
  • Checking delivery notes against invoice spreadsheet and request any missing.
  • Raise the 2 monthly orders based on invoice spreadsheets.
  • Dealing with pricing queries.
  • Management of goods received note orders when approved and sending invoices for processing and payment.
  • Liaising with suppliers/stores regarding any missing delivery tickets.
  • Running, organising, and monitoring Parked Invoice report in SAP.
  • Dealing with ME2L and ZFL Reports in SAP to solve invoice queries.
  • Liaising pricing and quantities with suppliers and processing payment of resolved invoices.
  • Collating weekly labour figures and sending to management.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets of all invoices/hours not processed to Coins.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • SAP or equivalent systems trained.
  • Data systems experience.
  • Financial knowledge.
  • Construction and or MEP knowledge.
