We are looking for an experienced BMS software & graphics engineer to join the team on our Baker Street project, a high quality, prestigious commercial office and residential scheme in central London.

What will the role look like?

Utilising your engineering leadership skills and knowledge to collaborate with clients, designers and the wider construction team we need you to develop the BMS and EPMS specifications to a fully commissioned system. Using your experience in Triduum Jace product, design, configure and validate the software and graphical solutions to a Tridium Supervisor encompassing both electrical and mechanical plant in a complex critical environment. You will be fully supported and developed by the Construction Team Leadership, Engineering Leaders and our Specialist Controls Engineers so collaboration is always available. Your development is key to both your success and company success so we will support your development at all levels of your engineering level.

 

What are the Key Duties and what experience are we looking for?

You will be working on controls schemes on the following equipment

  • Complex air plant and conditioning solutions
  • Resilient Chilled Water Systems
  • Fire/Smoke Systems
  • Redundant IT Systems encompassing IoT Cybersecurity and Database
  • High Voltage and Low Voltage systems incorporating Diesel Generators, Switchboards, Uninterruptable Power Supplies
  • Power Quality and Metering Applications
  • Edge technologies platforms and protocols providing enablers to Cloud Solutions
  • Lighting and Security

 

What skills & qualifications are we looking for?

 

  • The ability to utilise and improve our core engineering processes to produce world class results for our client, specifically around the graphical presentation, control configuration accuracy expertly engineered software expected within critical environments
  • Provide engineering leadership in developing the teams graphical and software information to all our stakeholders, you are the expert.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of delivering BEMS systems on Data Centre Projects
  • Exceptional technical knowledge and experience of Niagara N4
  • Experience working with BACNET
  • Ability to understand and adapt system software and graphics
  • Experience with PLC systems preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
