The Opportunity:
We are looking for an exemplary Accountant, ideally with manufacturing experience, to provide strong financial controls and reporting, at Explore Manufacturing / the Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction (CEMC) in Steetley, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
CEMC is at the heart of Laing O'Rourke's commitment to offsite manufacturing, and is the industry leading offsite precast facility, which began production in July 2009, manufacturing a range of products including walls, floors, columns, beams, platforms and bridge components for Laing O'Rourke's and external client's projects throughout the UK.
Current projects include Everton's new stadium, Olympia redevelopment, Oxford Humanities and various HS2 packages.

Main Accountabilities:
The role comprises the following key responsibilities: · Reporting Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow performance along with submitting budget/forecasts to Group
· Weekly cash forecasting, driving opportunities to maximise cash and manage working capital
