2025 Professional Apprenticeship - Building Services Trainee (5526)

Professional Apprenticeship – Building Services Trainee

We're looking for bright and motivated school leavers who will bring energy, new ideas and a fresh perspective to help us become the recognised leader and transform the construction and engineering industry.

Role Overview

A Building Services Technician Engineer assists in the engineering and management of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) installations throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.  As part of the Technical Function, successful candidates will sit in the MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Communication, Automation) division supporting our building services projects.

Experience will be obtained across the MEP disciplines initially, before specialising in either mechanical, electrical or public health engineering.

Building Services Technician Engineers help to ensure technical excellence and the safe and effective delivery of projects through design, procurement, technical appraisal, installation, commissioning, and handover stages.

Off-site manufacturing solutions, Digital Engineering methods and sustainable technologies are at the forefront of how we deliver projects and Building Services Technician Engineers are key to help drive this for MEP works.
