Role Overview
As a Learning Experience Associate, you'll play a pivotal role within our Learning and Development team, collaborating across departments to enhance, coordinate, and optimise the end-to-end Learner Experience at Laing O'Rourke. This graduate-level position combines strategic planning, business analysis, and hands-on operational coordination to drive improvements, achieve business goals, and deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Degree Subjects
Design or Engineering related degrees are desirable, however other degrees will be considered.
Key Deliverables and Accountabilities
The candidate will have a variety of responsibilities subject to their expertise and preference, examples include:
- Utilise data from across the business to create actionable reports that support decision-making in areas such as product development, investment, and business planning.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, uncover opportunities for knowledge sharing, and support business improvement initiatives.
- Address operational challenges and assist in implementing creative and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of learner experiences, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and effective.
- Support the business in creating digital learning solutions tailored to its evolving needs and goals.
- Experiment with new ideas, tools, and technologies to ensure our learning solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to embed a culture of learning and promote new learning products within the organisation.
- Take on varied tasks and projects that contribute to the overall success of the business.

Entry requirements
We are looking for graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable.
- Full mobility as you may be required to relocate/travel for your role.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- A degree course with a clear route to professional accreditation
- Your degree classification should be 2:2 or higher.
- Entry degrees will be listed within each of our graduate vacancies and differ from role to role.
