Role Overview
A Graduate Construction Manager works as a Section / Package manager, assisting in the management and delivery of a broad spectrum of works, throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
A Section / Package manager will work within the Construction Management team, under the guidance of Construction and Project Managers. Delivering alongside site supervisors and engineers, interfacing with a broad spectrum of personnel & functions.
For successful candidates, initial experience will be obtained across the package management process, working with a breadth of project functions in the delivery of major projects, typically broken down into sections, packages or areas of works of a major project.
Section / Package Managers help to ensure the safe and effective delivery of quality projects through design, procurement, technical understanding, installation, commissioning, and handover stages.
The foundation of Section / Package management competency is for future construction and project managers, leaders, and operational directors.
Modern methods of construction, incorporating off-site manufacturing solutions, Digital Engineering competence and sustainable technologies are at the forefront of how we deliver projects and Construction Managers are key to help drive this.
Location
As a project-led business, the location of our work can vary depending on project needs. This role may require you to be prepared to relocate to project sites across the UK.

We are looking for graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable
- Full mobility as you may be required to relocate for your role
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- A degree course with a clear route to professional accreditation
- Your degree classification should be 2:2 or higher
- Entry degrees will be listed within each of our graduate vacancies and differ from role to role
