2024 - Apprentice Pipe Fabricator Welder (4561)
Job title: Pipe Fabricator Welder
Location: Oldbury
What is a Pipe fabricator welder?
At a fixed workplace in Oldbury we deliver mechanical and electrical modules to be installed on-site at LOR new builds, such as hospitals, schools and airports. The pipes that deliver the water services around our new builds are fabricated and welded together to a construction design in our facility, to then be joined together making a full water piping system on-site by a separate team. As a fabricator welder of pipe work you would be using modern and traditional methods of cutting/forming and welding techniques to ensure a quality manufactured pipe-work product can be delivered to one of our many sites or for other teams within the facility to fix into frames for delivery to our project teams. Accuracy and a quality approach are a must.
Safety of our workforce is the lead and primary focus at CHtM
