Job Title: Graduate Information Management Assistant

We're looking for bright and committed graduates who will bring energy, new ideas and a fresh perspective to help us become the recognised leader and transform the construction and engineering industry.   

 

Role Overview

The role is key to make sure that all information on a project, digital or otherwise, is accurate, is accessible, and communicated to the appropriate parties during the life cycle of a delivery project.

 

The role will ensure protocols and standards are applied and adhered to by all stakeholders, from Client teams, Design Consultants and through to Supply chain.  Their data is quality assured, with all controlled documents and drawings passing via the information management team for compliance checking within a CDE.  It is then essential that the information is shared with the correct parties in a timely manner to aid the design and approval process through to construction and finally handover of a multimillion-pound project.

 

The role will be learning how to define the process and procedures to ensure the efficient methodologies for the information flow, along with data management to aid the project teams in their decision making.

 

Location  

London Based but prepared to travel

 

Degree Subjects  

A built environment (Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Services, Structural Engineering, or a similar), Information Technology or data related degree will be considered 

 

Professional Accreditation  

Depending on your degree subject: BCS, IET, CIOB etc

Entry requirements 

We are looking for graduates who meet the following criteria:  

  • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable 
  • Full mobility as you may be required to relocate/travel for your role 
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills 
  • A degree course with a clear route to professional accreditation  
  • Your degree classification should be 2:2 or higher  
  • Entry degrees will be listed within each of our graduate vacancies and differ from role to role
